- Bookings
Bookings are made through the form available on our website. By completing the form, you agree to the specific terms of the private transport service selected, as well as the rates applicable at the time of booking.
Once the booking is completed, Holiday Transfer will send a confirmation email to the address provided. This confirmation will include details of the reserved service, the agreed price, and any other relevant information.
- Modifications and Cancellations
- Modifications and Cancellations by the Customer:
Bookings can be modified or canceled without any penalty, provided that notice is given at least 36 hours before the scheduled service. To modify or cancel, the customer must contact Holiday Transfer through the channels specified on the website.
If the request for modification or cancellation is made less than 36 hours before the service, Holiday Transfer reserves the right to charge an additional fee or retain a percentage of the service cost as a penalty. Any applicable fees will be communicated to the customer beforehand.
- Modifications by Holiday Transfer:
If Holiday Transfer needs to make significant changes to the booking due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., weather conditions, traffic), the customer will be notified as soon as possible. The customer can choose to accept the new terms or cancel the service without penalty.
- Prices and Payments
The prices for private transport services displayed on the website are in British Pounds (£) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Holiday Transfer reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, any price changes will be communicated to the customer in advance.
If the price of a booked service changes after the booking has been made, the customer will be notified. The customer may choose to accept the new price or cancel the service without additional cost.
Payment for the service is processed through the payment methods specified during the booking process. Holiday Transfer ensures that all payment processes are secure and adhere to industry standards.
- Customer Obligations
The customer is responsible for being at the agreed location at the scheduled time for the start of the transport service. In the event of a delay, Holiday Transfer will wait for up to 15 additional minutes at no extra charge. If the customer does not show up after this period, Holiday Transfer reserves the right to consider the service canceled, and no-show charges may apply.
Customers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the service. Any misconduct may result in the termination of the service without a refund.
- Holiday Transfer’s Responsibility
Holiday Transfer is committed to providing transport services professionally and safely, in accordance with industry standards. However, Holiday Transfer shall not be held liable for delays or service interruptions caused by force majeure events, such as accidents, adverse weather conditions, traffic issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
In any case, Holiday Transfer’s liability for contract breaches is limited to a refund of the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.
- Insurance Coverage
All vehicles used by Holiday Transfer are fully insured in compliance with current passenger transport legislation. Passengers are covered by this insurance during the provision of the service. In the event of an accident, the applicable legal provisions regarding compensation and liability will apply.
- Data Protection

- Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the property of Holiday Transfer, its licensors, designers, or stock libraries with appropriate permissions or licenses.
